Semiautomatic Winders (from 600 mm to 1600 mm)

Suitable for coiling small and medium size pipes and profiles. These winders are available in a range of sizes with coil outside diameters from 600 mm to 1600 mm. The pipe guide system is electronic controlled. The loop control can be performed by dancer arm or ultrasonic sensor. The bobbins can be fixed core or with variable sectors with manual or pneumatic opening.

Semiautomatic Winders (from 2200 mm to 3200 mm)

Suitable for coiling large pipes. These winders are available in a range of sizes with coil outside diameters from 2200 mm to 3200 mm. The pipe guide system is electronic controlled. They are designed for constant tension coiling with pipe layering control systems to maintain the best possible coiling conditions. The bobbins have regulable sectors with pneumatic opening. Both single and double versions of these winders are available.
